Shipment

When ordering until 12 noon, your package will be ready for dispatch the same day. We prepare your shipment on the same day for shipping and hand over the goods - depending on the shipping service provider - on the same or the following day to the package service provider.

Delivery to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg is currently free of charge from € 75. The freight mail is delivered Monday to Friday. Up to an order value of € 74.99 will be € 3.90 in Germany or € 6 in Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands. For Luxembourg, shipping costs are less than € 75 order value.

If you would like a delivery address that deviates from the invoice address, please share this when ordering. Please check directly at the reception whether the packages are undamaged. Please let yourself be acknowledged damage by the deliverer, check whether the delivery is complete and then contact us. This does not affect the legal warranty rights to you. If incorrect shipping addresses are transmitted, we reserve the right to invoice you to the costs incurred when the packages are returned. The same applies to default in acceptance.

For the delivery to the following countries, the costs listed apply regardless of the order value.

Italy: € 6.00

Spain: 6.00EUR

Denmark: 74.00dk

Poland: 24.00pln

In the case of deliveries to non-EU countries, there are additional tariffs, taxes and fees. For more information on tariffs, see, for example, in the online customs tariff database (TARIC) of the European Union, via the electronic customs tariff (EZT) of the German customs or on the website of the Swiss usage tariff (TARES).

We offer preliminary transfer (not available in all delivery countries), credit card and PayPal as payment options.

An order by cash on delivery is not possible.

Prepayment

The bank details for the preliminary transfer will be announced with the order confirmation.

Credit card

We support credit cards from MasterCard or Visa.

Please enter the following data in our SSL-secured web shop:
Your card company (MasterCard or Visa),
Your card number,
The validity period of your card
and the security code (CVV).

Your credit card is only burdened when delivery, when ordering, pre -authorization for the final amount takes place. If the goods are returned, the corresponding value of goods will be credited again to your bank account after receipt of the shipment in our house. If you pay by credit card, please make sure that the order address matches your correct billing address.

PayPal
